By using Porinoi, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully before accessing the platform.

Welcome to Porinoi ("Platform", "we", "our", "us"). Porinoi is an Assamese matrimony and serious dating platform, designed exclusively for meaningful connections and long-term relationships.

By accessing or using Porinoi — whether via our website at www.porinoi.com or any future mobile applications or services — you agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

These Terms should be read alongside our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and Cookie Policy, all of which form part of your agreement with us.

Article 1: Nature of Service

Porinoi is a platform built for serious relationships. It allows users to:

  • Find meaningful dating connections
  • Explore serious long-term relationships
  • Find compatible life partners through matrimonial matchmaking

Important Notice

Porinoi is NOT a hookup app, escort service, adult entertainment platform, or sexual content service. Any attempt to misuse the platform for these purposes will result in an immediate lifetime ban, permanent device block, and legal action under applicable Indian laws including the Information Technology Act and the Indian Penal Code.

Article 2: Eligibility

To register and use Porinoi, you must meet all of the following requirements:

  • Be 18 years of age or older
  • Be legally capable of entering relationships and agreements under Indian law
  • Provide genuine, accurate, and up-to-date personal information
  • Not impersonate any other person, entity, or use a false identity

Porinoi reserves the right to verify your age and identity at any time. Providing false information constitutes a breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account termination.

Article 3: User Responsibilities

By registering on Porinoi, you agree to use the platform responsibly and in good faith. You specifically agree to:

  • Use Porinoi respectfully, lawfully, and with genuine intent
  • Maintain positive, honest, and respectful communication with other users
  • Avoid harassing, manipulating, threatening, or deceiving other users
  • Not request or share explicit, sexual, or pornographic materials under any circumstances
  • Report any suspicious, offensive, or harmful activity via the in-app report feature or by emailing support@porinoi.com
  • Keep your login credentials secure and not share access to your account

Article 4: Strictly Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Porinoi and will result in an instant lifetime ban, permanent device block, and potential legal action under Indian law:

4.1 Adult Content

Nude or semi-nude photos

Pornographic content of any kind

Sexually explicit chat messages

Sexual intentions, sexting, or sexual requests

4.2 Commercial / Illegal Services

Escorting or paid companionship

Soliciting or offering sexual favours

Selling or distributing adult content

Using the app for hookup-only purposes

4.3 Manipulation or Scams

Requesting or sending money to/from users

Threats, blackmail, or coercion

Creating fraudulent or fake profiles

Sharing another user's private content without consent

4.4 Disrespectful Behaviour

Verbal abuse or personal attacks

Harassment or persistent unwanted contact

Bullying in any form

Hate speech based on religion, caste, gender, or ethnicity

Article 5: Payments

Premium features on Porinoi are processed securely through Razorpay Payments, a payment gateway regulated by the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) and compliant with PCI-DSS standards.

All transactions are encrypted and Porinoi does not store your banking or card details.

All premium purchases are for digital services and are subject to the terms described in our Refund Policy. Please review the -Refund Policy before making a purchase.

Article 6: Disclaimer

  • Porinoi provides a platform to facilitate connections between users.
  • We do not guarantee relationships, compatibility, matches, or marriage outcomes.
  • The success of any connection depends entirely on the users involved.
  • Porinoi is not responsible for the conduct, statements, or representations of any user.
  • Always exercise caution and use your own judgement when communicating with other users.

Article 7: Suspension & Termination

Porinoi reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any account at its sole discretion.

  • Violation of Terms & Conditions
  • Misuse or abuse of the platform
  • Fraud or deceptive conduct
  • Posting prohibited content
  • Behavior posing risk to users

No Refund on Termination

No refund will be provided for unused premium features, coins, or subscriptions if the account is terminated due to violations.

Article 8: Legal Action

Porinoi reserves the right to pursue civil and criminal legal action against users who violate these Terms.
