All premium purchases on Porinoi are digital services. Here's exactly where you stand.

Non-Refundable by Default

These are NOT refundable

  • Premium Plans (all tiers)
  • Profile Boosts
  • Super Recommendations
  • Subscription Renewals
  • Coins & Credits

Valid Refund Cases

Refunds allowed ONLY IF

  • You were double-charged
  • Payment deducted but plan not activated
  • Cashfree payment failure verified
  • Technical error caused access failure

All premium purchases on Porinoi are digital services. Once activated, they cannot be reversed. Please review each section carefully before purchasing.

Non-Refundable Purchases

The following products and services are strictly non-refundable once purchased and activated. This applies to all billing cycles and purchase types without exception.

The following are NOT refundable:

  • Premium Plans — All monthly and annual subscription tiers
  • Profile Boosts — Visibility and discovery enhancement features
  • Super Recommendations — Priority match placement features
  • Subscription Renewals — Cancel before renewal to avoid charges
  • Coins & Credits — In-app currency; non-transferable and non-refundable

Once a service is activated, it cannot be reversed, transferred, exchanged, or refunded under any circumstances.

Refunds Allowed

Refunds are granted ONLY in the following verified situations. Every case requires internal validation before approval.

Refunds allowed ONLY IF:

Double Charge

You were charged twice for the exact same transaction.

Plan Not Activated

Payment was deducted but the purchased plan was not activated.

Verified Payment Failure

A Cashfree payment failure was confirmed on our system.

Technical Access Error

A verified technical issue prevented access to the service.

Processing Timeline:

  • Approved refunds are processed only after successful internal verification.
  • Refund timeline: 7–10 business days after approval.

The following situations do NOT qualify for a refund. These are user outcomes or personal decisions outside the platform’s control.

Lack of Matches

Not finding matches is not a service failure

No Replies

Response rates depend on other members

Personal Dissatisfaction

Subjective experience is not refundable

Wrong Expectations

Misunderstanding features before purchase

Account Banned

Violation of T&C — no refund permitted

Changed Mind

Buyer's remorse or stopping usage

"Not Finding a Partner"
